Pay - $15.00-20.00/hour
We are currently seeking Administrative Assistants and office support staff for various clients in the Capital District (Albany, Schenectady, Latham, Troy, Clifton Park, and Saratoga). Candidates should have 1-3+ years of previous experience working in an office, clerical or administrative support environment. Examples may include insurance companies, medical facilities, service organizations, not-for-profits, legal offices, etc.

Typical responsibilities may include:
- Handling internal and external customer inquiries via phone/email
- Working towards weekly/monthly/annual goals
- Answering phone calls
- Attend weekly/monthly staff meetings
- Researching product or services inquiries based on client needs
- Utilizing customer specific software packages as well as MS Word/Excel to create business documents, or track client information
- Diffuse difficult customer interactions by demonstrating strong listening and empathy skills
- Performing routine office duties such as copying, faxing, sorting, filing, data entry and more.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3+ years as an administrative, clerical or office support experience or any combination of related experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Able to navigate computers effectively (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Good listening and organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
- Friendly, team-focused personality
