Location - Albany, NY
Pay - $18.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our clients in Albany, NY. Candidates should have 1-3 years of previous experience working in a professional office environment.  Examples may include insurance companies, colleges, medical facilities, service organizations, not-for-profits, legal offices, etc.


This is estimated to be a six month temporary role, full time hours, working Monday through Friday.


Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Handling internal and external customer inquiries via phone/email
  • Answering phone calls, greeting walk in clientele
  • Attend weekly/monthly staff meetings
  • Performing Data Entry duties
  • Utilizing customer specific software packages as well as MS Word/Excel to create business documents, or track information
  • Diffuse difficult customer interactions by demonstrating strong listening and empathy skills
  • Performing routine office duties such as copying, faxing, sorting, filing, etc.


  • 1-3 years as an administrative assistant or related experience
  • High School diploma or GED required. College experience preferred
  • Able to navigate computers effectively (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Good listening skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Friendly, team-focused personality
