Pay Range - $17-23 /hour

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our clients.  This is a hands-on role, which means we’re looking for someone who can diagnose, investigate, interpret, enter and think critically in solving various situations that may arise. Full time hours are to be expected. The duration of this assignment is estimated at two years.

We are seeking a candidate who’s not afraid to ask questions, learn, adapt and help support the administrative tasks associated with a project team. There's a heavy amount of data entry involved with this role - including updating of databases with dates, notes, and documents related to regular project meetings.


Position Description:

  • Monitor and maintain an application process reviewing information for gaps of details, data entry, and performing quality assurance to maintain a clean database of information.
  • Create, review, track progress of various reports or applications within and outside of a database.
  • Process invoice and payment requests to accounting team, tracking/status updates, and cancellations of requests.
  • Collect and enter data into corresponding electronic files
  • Create support documents to help managers and other staff to evaluate project needs including data entry of information into complex database systems.
  • Triage various requests to see what can be handled immediately, or if it needs to be delegated to a specific team member.
  • Track and report out on metrics from database including report compilation and generation for managers and other key staff.
  • Handle phone calls from external customers where appropriate to answer program questions.
  • Assist co-workers and managers in other areas as needed


  • Experience working in a complex office environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working with project management software desired (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience managing/monitoring status of multiple, high priority projects.
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills/mindset
  • Verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Team member mentality
  • High School Diploma, Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • Must be able to take initiative and operate independently
