Location – Troy, NY
Pay range -$18-24/hour

 

We’re seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator for a client in Troy, NY. You’ll help in organizing and deploying work crews for various assignments, and assist with the documentation required. This is a full time, temp to hire role.

 

 

 

Duties:

 

Assist management with daily tasks and special projects

 

Order and prepare DOT permits for daily jobs.

 

Work with database to schedule crews/equipment needed for job.

 

Confirm customer scheduling and project details for each work assignment

 

Prepare documents related to each project, including permits, directions, post project checklists.

 

Communicate with crews on daily basis regarding anything job related.

 

Convey messages from site crews to management

 

Participate in weekly team meeting to discuss issues/concerns

 

Create “To Do list” for Crew Members; continuously improving processes.

 

Help manage material being delivered and stored for customers.

 

 

 

Required:

 

Ability to effectively communicate with management, customers and work crews (oral, written)

 

Demonstrated skills using Word, Excel, E-mail, and ability to learn client specific database

 

Able to handle multiple priorities and juggle internal/external client needs

 

Self-Starter attitude  

 

Demonstrated leadership experience
