Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location - Saratoga Springs, NY
Pay rate - $15/hour

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client in Saratoga Springs.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of previous experience working in a professional office environment, and be comfortable working 20 
hours per week. 

The schedule for this role is 9am to 2pm, Monday through Thursday, and is considered Temp To Hire.

Duties:
- Handling phone inquiries
- Schedule new callers for appointments
- Scanning, filing, copying, collating
- Typing of letters and business documents, data entry into computer system
- Input insurance claims, follow up with secondary insurance providers as needed
- Diffuse difficult customer interactions by demonstrating listening and empathy skills
- Performing routine office duties such as copying, faxing, sorting, filing, etc.

Requirements
- 1-3 years as an administrative assistant or related experience
- Data entry/keyboarding skills
- Able to navigate computers effectively (MS Word, MS Excel)
