What's the work environment like?
In manufacturing, many of our clients are metric driven. This means there's an impact for quality and efficiency. Both are important. Producing a high volume of quality product, without defects, is the ultimate goal. You'll work around equipment that does most of the work, but you'll have to monitor fast paced equipment, load material, take off finished product, check for quality, and make mechanical adjustments throughout your shift.  The days go by quickly as you're maintaining a good work flow to your production line.

Shift times:

1st shift: Mon-Fri, 620am to 220pm; Saturday overtime likely

2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 220pm to 1020pm; Saturday overtime likely

3rd shift: Sun-Thu, 1020pm to 620am; Friday overtime likely

Are you the right fit?
Our ideal candidates are the type of people that want to get up for work every day, not sit around like a couch potato. The best candidates for AccuStaff are the ones who look at a glass half full, and are able to take advantage of each opportunity to show how they can contribute.  Do we control every opportunity?  Certainly not, but like our clients, we search for motivated people who want to succeed.
