Machine Operator

Location: Clifton Park, NY
Pay: $17/hour

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team and contribute to our operational excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient plant operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Log and record equipment readings and operational data accurately.
• Suggest innovative improvements to enhance plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in plant operations or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency with plant tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to handle a demanding workload.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
