Short Term Production Workers

Location - Gloversville, NY
Pay $16.00/hr (those with verifyable work experience can earn up to $19/hr.)

We are currently seeking 1st shift production workers for a client in Gloversville, NY. These are full-time positions that are expected to last 4-6 weeks. You must be able to commit to that time frame. There is a possibility that the candidates will be offered other positions within the company once this project is completed. This is a great way to get your foot in the door!

Previous assembly experience is preferred. 

Schedule for these roles is Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p with the possibility of overtime as needed. 

This will be a small team.  The assembly work is a window product for trains.  Work requires you to be on your feet the entire shift.

Position Description:

• Lift 35-50lbs of product frequently
• Observe company safety regulations
• Read, interpret and follow instructions provided by supervisors
• Area clean up to ensure safe and clean work area
• Each department plays a role in its own quality control. Team members are asked to pay particular attention to the quality of the work they contribute.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 35-50 lbs of material
• Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day
• Willingness to work in a warehouse work environment
