Warehouse Workers

Location –Wilton NY
Pay rate - $19.40-22.90/hr (depending on what shift)

We’re recruiting for warehouse workers for our client in Wilton, NY.  These are temporary to hire positions, and offer a great way to get your foot in the door and could lead to a full time role. Warehouse roles are physically active roles. You’ll be responsible for moving products up to 50lbs with regularity. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours per day.

Shifts available:

Tuesday - Friday: Day shift 6a-4p, Eve Shift 4p- 2a

Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 6a to 6p or 6p-6a. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lifting 50lbs of product on a regular basis (10 hours a day)
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting to lift, moves and palletizes products
• Unload trailers by hand and using equipment  (i.e. forklift, pallet jack)
• Experience in working well with small and large groups of team members
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in the work place
• Perform job duties with safety as a number one priority
• Review incoming material for accuracy and for potential damage to freight
• Examine order sheets to select various products by hand and prepare for order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Dependable work history
• Previous Fork Lift certification a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent attendance record
• Previous experience in a light industrial setting (warehouse, manufacturing, production environment)
• RF Scan gun experience a plus
