Are you a polished, professional individual with strong administrative skills? We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a busy insurance office while a team member is on leave. This is a front-facing role and the first point of contact for clients, so professionalism and communication skills are key.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and email correspondence
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support office staff with day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
