Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Operations team at our Queensbury, NY facility. This position is responsible for the set-up, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of Tetra Pak machinery. The Machine Operator plays a vital role in ensuring food safety, maintaining equipment efficiency, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
  • Responsible for Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring

Safety

  • Adhere to all general safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Machine Operations

  • Start up, operate, clean, sanitize, and shut down manufacturing equipment independently
  • Perform package integrity testing and routine product monitoring
  • Conduct machine changeovers and make minor adjustments as needed

Production Support

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and handling of materials to ensure smooth supply chain processes. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer shipments based on sales acknowledgments for domestic and international markets. Utilize FedEx power ship terminal to create customer address and freight charges
  • Move and store raw materials, component parts, finished goods, operating supplies, engineering small tools and spares, etc. to designated locations in the plant and warehouse
  • Operate fork trucks and other warehouse equipment in a safe and correct manner. Follow good manufacturing practices for seperation, storage, FIFO, and maintain proper housekeeping at all times.
  • Load and drive the warehouse truck from the warehouse to the plant, remote warehouse and sterilizer; highlight the need for automotive repairs as soon as they become apparent at site locations where required
  • Set up Good communication with all departments. Take direction from customer service and communicate issues as they arise
  • Process FedEx and UPS orders
  • Follow safety instructions
  • Complete all documentation as required for each work order
  • Complete computer transactions as required for each work order
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals. These roles support daily warehouse and material-handling operations by ensuring materials are received, inspected, moved, stored, and handled safely and efficiently.

Receiving Associate Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.

  • Enter receiving information into the warehouse management system (WMS).

  • Work closely with crane operators and other team members to complete safe lifting operations.

  • Follow all OSHA, company, and customer safety regulations.
  • Perform routine inspections and report damaged or defective rigging equipment.
