In the fall of 2012, local employers from around the Capital Region, as well as throughout the U.S., helped AccuStaff complete a Recruitment Reality Survey.  This voluntary survey asked four simple questions:

1. Compared to previous years, would you say it is easier, harder or about the same to recruit qualified candidates?
2. Compared to previous years, have you noticed an increase in the number of candidates refusing job offers?
3. Compared to previous years, would you say that your internal employee turnover has increased, decreased or remained the same?
4. In 2013 does your company plan to increase its workforce, decrease its workforce or maintain its current number of workers?

Answers were collected anonymously and summarized by our friends at Randstad.
