Heather Rafferty, Owner, joined AccuStaff in 1988 and purchased the business in 1997. Starting as a Staffing Specialist, focusing on the operations side of the business, Heather grew AccuStaff from a single location to the three locations she manages today. Her experience in on-site and large scale staffing solutions have enabled her to earn the trust of businesses around the Capital District for over 24+ years. Heather invests her free time into helping with local non-profit organizations. Heather has received numerous awards and accolades over the years including being named AccuStaff Franchise Owner of the Year on multiple occasions; is one of the top Women Owned Businesses in the Capital District as well as the recipient of the Carey Gabay Excellence and Innovation Award for Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises. heather.rafferty@accustaffny.
June Rulison, Sr. Staffing Specialist, joined AccuStaff in January 2013 in our Johnstown office. With her extensive experience in health care staffing and her knack for handling high-pressure situations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the table.She has transitioned seamlessly from working in the Johnstown office, leading recruiting efforts there, working on-site, all while managing key accounts and taking charge of credit collections and receivables. jrulison@accustaff.com
Debbie McGillis, Staffing Specialist, started with AccuStaff in June of 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, then moving into a Staffing Specialist role. Prior to AccuStaff, Debbie worked with the Lexington Center for 28 years as the Relief Administrator for the agency. In this role, she supervised and handled scheduling for up to 175 employees. Her experience was a great translation of skills for her current role with AccuStaff. Debbie is a graduate of Fulton-Montgomery Community College, with a certificate in Individual Studies. In her private time, she enjoys travel, having been to several different countries. Lindsey Carney, On Site Staffing Specialist, joined AccuStaff in June 2022 as the onsite staffing specialist with more than eight years of experience in customer service and client relations. Mesha Brewer, Client Relations Executive, A native of Saratoga Springs, Mesha has established herself in the workforce solutions industry as a determined leader focused on building effective relationships with thriving businesses throughout the capital district.Mesha is devoted to a mindset of purpose and commitment. Her “people first” attitude has earned her the reputation of being customer-obsessed. As a client relations executive, she has relentlessly achieved success alongside numerous local and national clients during the “War for Workforce Era.” She prides herself on team collaboration, direct and proactive communication, and creating a premier customer experience that matters. When she is not consumed with chasing customer experience wins, Mesha is chasing personal records as an elite masters runner.
