Job Overview:
AccuStaff is hiring for a full-time temporary role in the DocuCerts Department for our client, located in Albany, NY. This is an onsite role with potential to become hybrid once the department is fully staffed. We're seeking candidates with strong computer skills, a high level of accuracy, and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming paperwork from doctors’ offices for accuracy

  • Enter data into internal systems

  • Communicate with internal staff and external contacts as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required)

  • Background check required

  • Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel required)

  • Experience in medical billing or with Brightree software (preferred, not required)

  • Familiarity with medical codes (a plus)

  • Excellent communication and phone skills

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable

  • Team-oriented and detail-focused

Additional Information:

 

  • This role is currently 100% in-office

  • Candidates must be interested in temp-to-perm placement

  • Upon conversion to permanent, employees may be eligible for benefits
