We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with professionals from various departments to assist with document management, data entry, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to communicate effectively via email and phone. Basic computer skills are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Scanning & Data Entry: Scan documents, input basic data, and accurately name and label scanned files.
- Folder Sorting & Document Prep: Sort and prepare documents for scanning, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
- Phone Support: Answer phone calls, take clear messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with any other administrative tasks as directed by the department.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (email).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software is preferred.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with data entry or experience working with databases is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced office setting with a focus on teamwork and meeting deadlines.
- May require prolonged periods of sitting and use of a computer.
