Job Description:
The Mechanic Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains cars and light trucks. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, routine services, and accurate record-keeping of completed work. This role requires skilled analysis of mechanical issues, use of diagnostic equipment, and thorough safety checks to ensure vehicles are safe for operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle components, including engines, brakes, transmissions, electrical systems, and accessories.

Print/Mailroom Operator

What are we looking for?
The Print and Mailroom Operator is responsible for supporting functions in both the Troy Print Room and Troy Mail Room. This involves, but is not limited to, all mail, printing, packages, and interoffice correspondence handling and dispatching for all classes of mail/packages.

Where you will have an impact

  • Set up and run computerized Quadient inserting equipment, Pitney Bowes metering machine, or equivalent machines

  • Manage and maintain CV and Planet Press printer outputs approved/finalized printing in an organized manner (monthly, weekly, and daily mailings) 
  • Coordinate and release FEP ID card job/data to Noridian 
  • Prepare and scan all member surveys in a timely manner 
  • Shipping all UPS packages in timely fashion according to requesting department 
  • Folding, inserting, compiling, and mailing of all daily, weekly, monthly, mailings (if applicable) 
  • Track and report inventory or envelopes/paper to management 
  • Regular reliable attendance is required

CNC Machinist

Job Summary

  • Implement the Production Fulfillment Process steps related to the fabrication of parts according to work orders and customer requirements. Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.  
  • Third of Four levels of CNC machining center operator. Setups involve familiarity with and understanding of program formats involving combinations of operations such as profile and contour milling, boring, recessing, turning, drilling, threading, etc., to the capacity of the machine and control factor. Operates numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exact tolerances and finish specifications requiring a high degree of skill. May check parts for conformance to specifications and run and set up more than one unit simultaneously.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Operate multiple types of fabrication equipment:
  • Set-up and operate CNC machining centers in multiple cells that include but are not limited to mills, lathes, presses, routers etc.
  • Set up and operate various types of machine tools and perform progressive machining operations for parts, tools and machines with close to exacting tolerances
  • Perform advanced setup operations
  • Adjust and check out programming
  • Set up machines for and instruct other operators
