Predictions are tough to manage, but with historical data, they can be very effective. Keep in mind, these are predictions, and history hasn’t been written yet. It seems from various reports that the Albany, NY area is doing better than most leaving some very encouraged. For those without full-time work, it’s hard to ask them if they’re confident in what’s to come. The proof will be in the pudding, as they say. Using a staffing agency can be a great resource for a job seeker. We regularly speak with candidates who are familiar with the benefits, but just as frequently, we speak with those who have no experience working with or around temporary or temp-to-hire or perhaps don’t know that staffing agencies exist (nor what they do).
